Two and three bedroom villas

Two and three bedroom villas are available at Brentwood village with their own private courtyard and lock up garage.To secure a villa of your choice you pay a $1000 deposit. This will give you time over the next three months to sell your house. Once you have secured a deposit on your house we will wait for your settlement to go through.

You deposit is refunded in full if you are unable to sell your house. You may request an extension of holding time either directly through the sales office or through your solicitor.

To know your expenses now and for the future, there is a fixed levy of 40% of the single aged pension for two bedroom villas and 40% of the single aged pension for three bedroom villas. This protects you against unwarranted increases and the worry of the future levy you cannot afford or want to pay.

Your telephone and electricity within the villa are your responsibility together with contents insurance. You are also required to apply for connecting of electricity and telephone services to your own villa.

Upon permanent vacation of the village a lease departure fee is calculated based on the number of years the resident has resided in the village. This percentage is determined by the number of days the resident has resided in the village to the date the contract is terminated.

You may add or change your villa provided the changes are in harmony with the general design and additional construction costs are paid prior to occupation. These extras are not part of your redemption amount.

 

There are no charges or extra costs for the standard inclusions. Should you require additional items or variations on an existing villa or a specific type of carpet, a variation price will be quoted and will be subject to your acceptance prior to the work being carried out. Each villa is equipped with a 24 hour emergency call system.

Should you at any stage be directed by your doctor to have total recuperation care after hospital, or if you are not well at any time and are unable to resume occupancy of your villa, an assisted care apartment is available under direct control of the nurses. You will be totally looked after. The service includes meals, linen changes, bed making and supervision of medication. There is an additional cost item, for extra nursing and showering.
